• Kids’ Bedrooms – Two cosy rooms, each with a single bed. A floor mattress and baby cot are available on request (please specify when booking).
• Shared Bathroom – Features a relaxing bathtub with candles — the perfect wind-down after a busy day in the sun.
• Living Room – A bright, pink-accented family space with plush corner sofa, smart TV, board games, ceiling fans, and open views of greenery.
• Kitchen & Dining – Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Smeg coffee machine, air fryer, breakfast bar, and direct access to the garden dining area.

Security & Privacy
Your safety and privacy are important.
The villa is equipped with:
• A video doorbell at the front entrance
• External security cameras covering the back garden
NB: These are for security purposes only and do not monitor any indoor spaces.
Things to Note
• As this villa is a private residence for most of the year, the owner’s personal belongings will be in the home. However, 2 wardrobes and 3 drawers in each room will be cleared for guest use.
• Guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival, in accordance with Dubai tourism regulations.
• A Tourism Dirham fee of AED 10 per bedroom per night (AED 30/night total) will be collected separately prior to check-in.
• No smoking or parties allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours and the community environment
Guests will have full access to the entire villa, including the living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, all three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The private landscaped garden, featuring outdoor seating, and a garden cinema, is also yours to enjoy.
You can also access the two balconies, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or enjoying the view.
Two wardrobes and three drawers in each bedroom will be emptied for your use, though some of the owner’s personal belongings will remain in the home.
In the community, guests can enjoy three swimming pools, four playgrounds (including a splash pad), and padel courts, all within walking distance.
